Open from 9 am Monday to Saturday, Sandbar has a bustling coffee shop atmosphere, with a range of hot and cold breakfast dishes always on offer – the Full English cooked breakfast is always popular! Call in for a freshly ground coffee and a piece of our legendary carrot cake, sit and read the papers, or just watch the world go by from our pavement tables. With our coffee loyalty card scheme in place, you’ll soon be enjoying a free one on us!

Lunchtime can be a laid back affair, with a chilled glass of wine and a sandwich, salad or homemade hot meal enjoyed in our secluded garden under a parasol, but if you’re on a tight deadline or have a fixed lunch hour, just call in your order ahead of time, and your meal will be ready and waiting. We’ll always have a special on the blackboard, and we’re renowned for our homemade soups.

We can reserve an area if there are a few of you, and even decorate your table if it’s a special occasion.
We can package food to take away, and have hand delivered lunch locally before now!Business or pleasure, our extensive menu has something for every taste, and because everything is made fresh to order, we can always accommodate your specific requirements. Free WIFI access can make business meetings easier, let us know if your company needs tables reserving for the whole afternoon, we would be more than happy to put a package deal together for you.
