Weekend nights are always busy, with our resident DJ’s playing the best in soul, rock, funk, Blues and everything in between! Lively and vibrant, and open late, Sandbar is the place to be for a clubby vibe, without the hassle of getting in and out of the city centre.

Why not have a party here, and share in the unbeatable atmosphere, but with an area of the bar all to yourselves! We can provide a fantastic buffet, decorate with balloons and table trimmings, even Elvis has been known to make an appearance if required!

Our regular live music slot is always very popular, and starting the weekend early seems to be the thing to do! The Thursday nights we have the band on are real stand out events, so come on out and enjoy some of the best live music around – yes you can drink and eat at home, yes you can get a film in too, but there’s no way you can ever really recreate that inimitable live band atmosphere!
